I never posted a picture of me and my ex, who inspired “Weaux Is Me”, when we were together.
When we first started dating in 2017, I was still in the closet to my family and on social media.
Then, in 2018, I started the process of coming out to the world.
But by then, my relationship with Them had already taken a turn for the worse and ended.
I never knew how to explain our relationship, or what we meant to each other.
Instead, I channeled all that pain into writing the songs that would become "Weaux Is Me" all these years later.
